The PSP Precast Factory at Sanand is a state-of-the-art facility designed to streamline the production and handling of precast elements. Developed in two phases, this modern industrial facility reflects a thoughtful integration of functionality, durability, and innovation, tailored to meet the needs of the rapidly expanding precast industry.

In Phase 1, the factory features a large shed measuring 100m x 180m, constructed using a combination of precast columns and steel rafters. The shed is equipped with a high-capacity gantry system, enabling the efficient movement of heavy precast items within the facility. A distinctive elevated walkway runs through the center of the shed, designed to facilitate plant visits and enable effective operational monitoring. The phase was meticulously planned with comprehensive services provided by us, including master planning, architectural design, and foundation and roof design.

Phase 2 extends the factory’s capacity with an additional shed of the same dimensions, also measuring 100m x 180m. This phase employs precast rafters and columns combined with steel sheets, ensuring consistency with the existing facility while providing flexibility for future expansions. Like the first phase, an elevated walkway is integrated into the design, maintaining a seamless approach to plant operations and monitoring. We provided architectural planning and foundation design for this phase, ensuring the expansion aligns with the overall vision of the facility.
