The Panchamrut Dairy at Ujjain is a state-of-the-art facility designed to reflect modern functionality combined with an aesthetically pleasing elevation. Spanning a plot area of 46,900 sqm with a built-up area of 27,650 sqm, the project is situated on challenging sloppy terrain, which required expert planning to minimize cutting and filling in rocky soil while maintaining cost efficiency and structural stability. The main plant is built to process 3 LLPD of milk, with provisions to expand up to 5 LLPD, and includes production lines for milk pouch packaging, ice cream (0.5 LLPD), ghee, paneer, and sweets, making it a multi-functional facility catering to diverse dairy production needs.

Our team provided comprehensive consultancy services to the EPC contractor, Shree Ganesh Corp., ensuring seamless integration of modern infrastructure with operational efficiency. Through master planning, we optimized the facility layout to leverage the natural topography of the land, reducing excavation and improving functionality. Our architectural design infused modernity into every unit, while still prioritizing the technical and spatial requirements of a high-performance dairy plant. The robust structural design ensured the stability of buildings on challenging rocky terrain, accounting for load factors associated with heavy-duty industrial processes and equipment.

In addition, our MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire protection) services were meticulously planned to integrate essential utilities, ensuring efficient operations while adhering to industry safety and energy standards. This included designing reliable electrical systems, advanced fire safety measures, and optimized plumbing and drainage layouts. Our landscaping services further enhanced the facility’s usability and aesthetics, creating functional outdoor spaces while blending with the natural terrain. Supporting infrastructure, including the TK Office, utility buildings, WTP, canteen, powder godown, engineering store, and drivers’ restrooms, were planned and designed to create a cohesive, well-functioning ecosystem.
