The Kaushik Engineering facility located in Sanand, Gujarat, is a significant greenfield project in the heavy machinery industry. This state-of-the-art factory is designed to enhance the manufacturing capabilities of heavy machinery. Kaushik Engineering Works, established in 2000, is a prominent manufacturer of heavy machinery and road construction equipment in India.

The factory building measures 90 meters by 60 meters, providing ample space for various manufacturing operations, with a height of 13.0 meters to accommodate large machinery and equipment. The facility is equipped with 15-ton and 20-ton Electric Overhead Traveling (EOT) cranes, facilitating efficient movement of heavy materials and products within the production area. The structural design features solid steel sections as columns and rafters, providing the necessary strength and stability to support heavy loads. Additionally, foundations have been designed to accommodate 16 MT goliath cranes, further enhancing operational efficiency.

A robust 20-meter-high compound wall surrounds the site, ensuring security and safety for operations. Supporting infrastructure includes a security cabin, an underground tank (U.G. tank), and a parking shed to accommodate staff and visitors.
