Gujarat Apollo Industries, a renowned manufacturer of crushing and screening equipment with a rich legacy in road construction machinery, is developing a state-of-the-art facility at Khatraj, near Ahmedabad. This greenfield project, spread over a 19,600 sqm site, reflects the company’s vision to expand its manufacturing capabilities while preparing for future growth.

The project’s built-up area of total 6,400 sqm is anchored by a main steel building measuring 115m x 36m with a height of 9.0m. The structure is designed to house advanced manufacturing processes and includes an EOT crane system with a 15-ton capacity. The crane is supported on separate columns to ensure optimal gravity support, enhancing operational safety and efficiency. The main production building is seamlessly connected to two RCC store buildings, each measuring 40m x 8m, with an integrated office on the first floor. This connectivity ensures smooth operations and efficient material flow. To address future needs, the site layout incorporates provisions for a separate office building, a shot blasting room, a testing workshop, and a paint shop, showcasing forward-thinking planning to accommodate potential expansions.

We provided master planning, architectural design, and structural design for this project, ensuring that the facility is optimized for manufacturing processes while meeting future scalability and sustainability requirements. The design blends functionality and durability, aligning with Gujarat Apollo’s commitment to innovation and excellence. This facility strengthens Gujarat Apollo Industries’ position as a leader in crushing and screening equipment manufacturing in India. With provisions for growth and a focus on efficient, modern infrastructure, the project sets the foundation for the company’s continued contribution to the road construction and industrial equipment sectors.
