This 60 TPD Powder Plant, designed for Milky Mist Dairy, is a testament to innovative engineering and efficient space utilization. Milky Mist, one of India’s largest private dairies, is renowned for its premium dairy products and commitment to technological advancements. This project enhances their production capacity while maintaining operational synergy with the existing facilities.

The project presented unique challenges due to limited space availability, the proximity of adjoining buildings, and the need to preserve existing utility lines during construction. To overcome these constraints, the plant was designed with a towering 50-meter-high structure founded on a robust isolated + raft foundation system in rocky soil conditions. To maximize functional space within the limited footprint, the structure incorporates multiple-level cantilever projections—a strategic solution that allows the plant to accommodate its complex operations without expanding the site area. The facility is seamlessly connected to the existing powder plant, ensuring smooth integration and workflow continuity. The plant is equipped with heavy-duty equipment such as dryers, vibro fans, cyclones, and bag filters, all mounted on higher floors. Their foundations were meticulously designed to handle dynamic vibration loads, ensuring stability, durability, and operational efficiency.

For this unique project, we delivered Tendering, architectural planning, structural engineering, and the design of plumbing and fire-fighting systems. Our team leveraged innovative design strategies to address site constraints while ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational requirements.
