Designed to cater to the growing demand for high-quality cattle feed, the SUMUL Cattle Feed Factory in Titva, Bajipura, Surat, stands as a benchmark in large-scale agricultural infrastructure. Spanning a sprawling 1,55,000 sqm site with a total built-up area of 46,100 sqm, the factory boasts a production capacity of 1,000 TPD (Tonnes Per Day), supporting the region’s dairy farmers and agricultural community.
The Main Building, a blend of RCC up to ground level and steel structure above, rises to an impressive 35 meters in height, housing advanced processing systems. On one side of the plant, there are 24 automated flat storage bins with a 400 MT capacity each, offering a total storage capacity of 19,200 MT, with provisions for 24 additional bins. On the opposite side, a conventional godown with a self-supported roof provides 8,500 MT storage capacity, expandable to 12,000 MT, ensuring seamless storage and distribution. Additional facilities include areas for gunny bag storage, grain processing, premix material processing, and finished goods storage, along with a dispatch zone. The site is further equipped with 4 grain silos of 250 MT each, a boiler house, two 3,000 MT molasses tanks (with provision for a third), utility buildings, truck parking, and a STP (Sewage Treatment Plant). All facilities are planned to ensure efficient operations, minimal downtime, and streamlined logistics.
